Frost Boutique Hotel
Historic-meets-contemporary Estonian boutique. Warm pastel tones, original 300-year-old wooden elements, leather details, open fireplaces. Intimate and residential rather than grand-hotel. Think cosy over flashy.

Why It Matters
Michelin Key Selected and a World Luxury Hotel award winner. The building dates to 1705 and retains original wooden architectural elements. Unique shungite stone relaxation area — a rare Baltic mineral found only in Karelia — with a chlorine-free saltwater pool. The on-site Mon Ami restaurant holds White Guide recognition.
Frost Boutique Hotel occupies a building originally constructed in 1705 by merchant and royal postmaster Joachim Frost — and yes, the hotel takes his name. The 14-room property splits across two buildings in Pärnu's Old Town: a courtyard house with seven rooms and a street-facing main building with seven suites, all kitted out with period-authentic wooden details mixed with pastel interiors, real leather accents, and fireplaces. The basement restaurant Mon Ami is well-regarded enough to earn White Guide recognition, and the shungite mineral relaxation area with its saltwater pool is a genuine talking point.

Rent a bike from the hotel to explore Pärnu's flat, scenic cycling paths and the beach promenade. Pärnu is very bikeable.
The hotel has a dedicated Golf in Pärnu package. Pärnu Bay Golf Links is a challenging nearby course — the hotel can arrange access as part of a stay.
The hotel's courtyard has a summer patio with a fountain. Wine, coffee, and lounge menu items served here in warm months.
The hotel has a dedicated seminar room and the Royal Suite doubles as a private meeting space with AV equipment. Good for small corporate groups.
The hotel's Culture in Pärnu package includes accommodation plus tickets to a show at Endla Theatre, which is a 2-minute walk away.
