Frost Boutique Hotel occupies a building originally constructed in 1705 by merchant and royal postmaster Joachim Frost — and yes, the hotel takes his name. The 14-room property splits across two buildings in Pärnu's Old Town: a courtyard house with seven rooms and a street-facing main building with seven suites, all kitted out with period-authentic wooden details mixed with pastel interiors, real leather accents, and fireplaces. The basement restaurant Mon Ami is well-regarded enough to earn White Guide recognition, and the shungite mineral relaxation area with its saltwater pool is a genuine talking point.
