Why It Matters
The only luxury hotel in the world sitting on a FIA Grade 1 motorsports circuit, with a Toyota-operated race car museum on-site, circuit driving experiences, a natural onsen fed from 1,500 meters beneath Mt. Fuji, and private villas with show garages for guests to park their own cars.
Opened in 2022, this is the first Hyatt Unbound Collection property in Japan, sitting directly on the grounds of the iconic Fuji Speedway circuit with Mount Fuji looming in front of it. The hotel blends luxury hospitality with full-throttle motorsports culture: race cars in the lobby museum, a bar named after the track's 4,563-meter length, villas with private show garages, and an onsen with direct Mt. Fuji views. It's genuinely strange and genuinely great.

A gift shop and café on the 3rd floor overlooks Fuji Speedway directly. Open to both hotel guests and day visitors.
When no professional races are scheduled, guests can drive three laps around the FIA Grade 1 Fuji Speedway circuit — including one of the world's longest home straights — in either a circuit-provided or hotel vehicle. Book in advance as availability depends on the racing calendar.
