Giardino Lago is a 15-room boutique hotel in a lovingly restored historic palazzo sitting directly on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Minusio, a five-minute drive from Locarno's old town. It's the smallest of three Giardino Group properties, deliberately scaled down and stripped of five-star formality in favour of something more personal. Think Mediterranean ease with Swiss precision underneath — fine fabrics, dark oak floors, and the lake right outside the door.
