A Victorian townhouse on a quiet garden square, just a five-minute walk from Paddington Station. Italian architect Fabrizio Casiraghi (AD100 class of 2022) turned two adjoining buildings into 60 rooms and a suite, each designed around an imaginary couple: an English aristocrat with a fondness for dark-wood antiques and a globe-trotting wife who brings in paprika walls, Persian rugs, and bold colour. The result feels like a real home — fireside lobby, boat-cabin single rooms, an Indian-inspired bar — but at prices that make no sense for central London.
