A 17th-century granite farmhouse turned 4-star hotel, sitting right in the middle of Jersey's Green Lanes network in the rural parish of St. Peter. The building dates to 1674, but the 33 rooms have been fully updated — think floral wallpapers and period drapery alongside duck-down duvets and White Company toiletries. The 2 AA Rosette restaurant is the main draw, and the award-winning gardens are legitimately gorgeous.

Jersey's coastal paths and cliffs are easily accessible from the hotel. St. Brelade's Bay Beach is around 2.8 miles away; the hotel's Green Lanes location makes it a natural starting point for longer walks.
