Why It Matters
One of Brittany's most storied seaside addresses: Relais & Châteaux member, Gault&Millau Prestige Hotel designation, Michelin Guide-listed, and carrying over 100 years of family ownership. The late grandmother Manick Le Coz was the first female Cordon Bleu chef in France and held a Michelin star for over 50 years. Jean Gabin was a regular guest.

Built in 1895 and owned by the same family since 1924, it's now run by chef Yoann Noël and his wife Charlotte — the fourth generation at the helm.
