A five-generation family hotel-restaurant sitting on the heights of Corbion-sur-Semois village, about 5 km from Bouillon's medieval castle. Jules and Eugénie started it as a café over 120 years ago — today, chef Stéphan Maqua runs the kitchen, and the restaurant has held the Michelin Bib Gourmand every single year since the award was created, which the hotel claims makes it the only restaurant in the Benelux with an unbroken record. The hotel side is solid and well-kept, not flashy: spacious rooms, a shaded garden, tennis, billiards, and a bowling alley. No pool, no spa.
