Hemlock Neversink is a 230-acre adults-only (16+) wellness resort in Sullivan County's Catskills, built on the site of the original 1970s New Age Health Spa. Run by Foster Supply Hospitality, it leans into a 'camp for grown-ups' ethos — goat hikes, daily yoga, oil pastel workshops, and a serious spa — without ever taking itself too seriously. The 33 rooms across five buildings have Quaker-inspired interiors: warm earth tones, custom Portuguese furniture, handcrafted wooden beds, and zero visual clutter.

A proper suite with a separate sitting area in addition to the bedroom. King bed, Bellino linens, full custom wood furniture package. Located in Olive and Rondout buildings. The separation of living and sleeping space makes longer stays much more comfortable.
