The same Formentera family has been running the place for four generations — since 1922 — and it shows in how seriously they take the island itself. Rooms are dressed in white-on-white with wood and stone accents, food runs from breakfast brunch to a beachside tiki bar with a resident DJ, and the spa is stocked with native herbal and aromatherapy treatments.
