Why It Matters
Part of the respected Florian Weitzer family hotel group, this is a proper grand hotel that has reinvented itself without losing character. It has a Finnish rooftop sauna with 360° views over Graz's red-tiled rooftops, one of Graz's most beloved restaurants (Der Steirer) next door, and a traditional Viennese-style coffeehouse of its own.
