Hotel Henrietta is a 40-room Michelin Key-awarded boutique that opened in April 2024 on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line in Uptown New Orleans. It's a new build — modern concrete and glass on the outside — but the architects loaded it with nods to classic NOLA design: an arched colonnade at street level, upper-floor galleries, and interiors that blend mid-century modern, Art Deco, and Belle Époque in one unapologetic swirl. The name comes from Henrietta Hernsheim, sister of the tobacco merchant who commissioned The Columns Hotel a few blocks up the same avenue.
