Hotel Huyshoeve is a converted 2009 farmhouse sitting in the middle of the Flemish polders, about 3.5km from central Knokke-Heist. The building has a contemporary-classic feel — solid, unhurried, with countryside views from every room. No pool, no spa, no gym. But the breakfast buffet is genuinely good, the beds are comfortable, and the quiet is real.
