Twenty-three white-domed stone cottages perched on the cliffs above Cala Creta, one of Lampedusa's most striking bays. These are dammusi — traditional Arab-influenced dwellings built from local stone — and the thick walls keep interiors naturally cool even in August. Family-run since 1970, it's the kind of place that caters to people who want to actually decompress: no TV in the rooms, the sea directly below, and an Arab-style cloister garden that flips from breakfast terrace to dinner restaurant at sundown.

Step up from Standard in finish quality and style — Mediterranean and local aesthetic, recently restyled. Sixteen of the 23 cottages on-site are Comfort category. Some renovated units can accommodate four guests. The bulk of the inventory here, so it's what most guests experience.
Double or TwinComfort Dammuso (Triple)
The Comfort category configured for three (or up to four in renovated units). Same Mediterranean-local aesthetic as the Comfort Double. Good pick for a family of three who want proper beds rather than squeezing into the suite.

Four of these on property — recently renovated, noticeably better finishes than the Comfort category, and crucially a larger bathroom. Still in the dammuso aesthetic but with a more polished feel. Sleeps two or three. Worth the upgrade if you're spending more than a couple of nights.

The most traditional option — island-style stone construction, closest to the original dammuso aesthetic. Ceiling fans keep it cool without heavy HVAC presence. Bathroom is French-style (no bidet) with shower. Small private patio with table and chairs for catching the afternoon sea breeze.

The property's top accommodation and the only one that genuinely functions as a multi-room apartment. A master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, one bathroom, and a sea-facing patio — sleeps four guests included in the base rate. Air-conditioned throughout. The patio faces the sea. There's only one of these, so it books out fast.

Electric bikes available for guests to explore the island — request at booking. The hotel actively promotes this as its low-carbon alternative to scooter rental. Practical for reaching Rabbit Beach and the western end of the island.
A circumnavigation of Lampedusa by traditional gulet boat — guests consistently recommend it as a highlight alongside the restaurant. Allows access to sea caves and coves not reachable by land.
The hotel arranges excursions to the neighboring island of Linosa and the uninhabited rock of Lampione, both part of the Pelagie archipelago. Linosa in particular is a volcanic island worth a day trip.
