Hotel Norderriff is a 4-star boutique hotel on the car-free East Frisian island of Langeoog, sitting on a natural dune just 300 metres from the beach. Built in 1937 and completely overhauled in 2010 by owner Kim Björn Streitbörger, the interior mixes clean Nordic lines with antique touches — a Swedish tiled stove in the breakfast room, a rococo-style bench at reception, natural oak, leather, and chrome throughout. Adults-only (guests must be 16+), so the atmosphere stays genuinely calm.
