Hotel Scenario
Minimalist Roman design boutique. Think monochrome palette — silver and beige — with custom wooden furniture by local artisans, smoked glass panels separating sleeping and bathing areas, and marble bathrooms with Italian rainfall showers. Cool, zen, and a little theatrical (the name is an intentional reference to the traveler as the main actor in their own story).

Why It Matters
Michelin Guide-listed boutique in a genuine 17th-century palazzo, with a design by Studio MORQ that keeps the original frescoes and stonework rather than erasing them. Acqua di Parma bathroom products, a small spa with sauna and hammam, and a rooftop terrace — at a location that puts Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, and the Pantheon all within walking distance.
Hotel Scenario sits behind an unassuming wooden door on a quiet side street a short walk from the Pantheon. Inside a renovated 17th-century palazzo, designers Studio MORQ stripped everything back to clean lines and minimalist spaces — then left the good stuff intact: original frescoes, stone staircases, timbered ceilings up to 4–5 metres high. The result is a small, serious design hotel where the contrast between old and new is the whole point.
