Hotel Unique is exactly what its name promises: a 19-room adults-only boutique property carved into a steep rocky cliffside above Fethiye's marina. The cliff has been sculpted into a series of terraces, with guest rooms and suites stacked at different levels — so no two rooms share the same view or feel. The building is new-ish in construction but the materials are anything but: 150-year-old wooden beams, salvaged stone, carved doors, and painted wooden shutters give it a warm, almost archaeological character.

Daily boat tours around Fethiye Bay and its surrounding coves, bookable through the hotel. The area's ancient Lycian ruins are visible from the water, and many tours stop in otherwise inaccessible bays.
Free bicycles available for guests. The route from the hotel passes Lycian rock tombs and runs along the Fethiye waterfront — flat and easy near the marina. A genuinely useful way to see the ancient city without paying for tours.
Paragliding excursions can be arranged through the hotel. The nearby Babadağ mountain above Ölüdeniz is one of the most famous paragliding launch points in the world, with tandem flights offering views across the Blue Lagoon.
The hotel's own private yacht, the Octobre Rouge, available for charter to explore the bays around Fethiye. The hotel also operates sailing boats and catamarans with experienced captains and crew. Day trips take you into the virgin bays of the Turquoise Coast — the kind of coastline that is far better seen from the water.
