Insider Tip
1/5

The 40th floor rooftop is a destination fee perk — go up at dusk for sunset views over the harbor. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Why It Matters

The only hotel actually on Wall Street itself. AAA Four Diamond property rated in the top 10% of US hotels by US News & World Report. Formerly the well-regarded Andaz Wall Street, the 2022 rebrand preserved the loft-style design while bringing Hyatt Centric's lifestyle-focused programming. The 40th floor private rooftop with 360-degree views of Lower Manhattan is genuinely rare for a hotel at this price point.

This is Wall Street's only hotel — sitting right at the corner of Wall and Water Streets in Lower Manhattan's Financial District. What was once the Andaz Wall Street rebranded to Hyatt Centric in January 2022, and the bones are genuinely good: 253 loft-style rooms with 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized windows, and custom local artwork all designed by Stonehill Taylor. The neighborhood goes quiet after 6pm on weekdays and practically closes on weekends, so it suits business travelers and downtown-curious visitors more than those wanting a buzzy base.
