Designed by award-winning architect Kennedy Nolan, the building uses red brick, warm jarrah wood, and rust-toned steel to channel the city's soul — burnt orange corridors, velvet blue furnishings, and an ever-changing digital art wall in the triple-height lobby (curated by local gallery MARS) make this feel more like a gallery than a hotel lobby.
