A former nobelman's masseria belonging to Prince Nicolaci, now a low-slung white estate spread across fragrant groves of citrus and olive trees in the UNESCO-listed Val di Noto. Architect Corrado Papa's renovation stripped things back to clean symmetry and minimalist volumes—ivory walls, travertine marble, custom local-artisan furniture—while adding two spectacular pools and a serious fine-dining restaurant. It's genuinely remote: 10km from Noto's Baroque town centre, no walkable town, and the countryside is exactly the point.

Two of the 31 suites include their own private plunge pool. Total seclusion for guests who want the pool experience without any company. High-ceilinged interiors (one was originally an olive store), stone floors, double doors onto a private terrace with pool.
