Why It Matters
One of the smallest and most-lauded hotels in Greece. Michelin Key recipient. The building dates to around 1340 and was the knight's residence commanding St John's Gate. Each suite is named after a former inhabitant — Greek, Turkish, and Jewish — honoring the layered multicultural history of the house. Only six suites.
