Named after the Sinhalese word for 'leaf', the Kolaya Suites are set in their own lush private gardens with Palmyra trees, pandanus, and other indigenous plant species. A king-sized bed, private 800sqm garden, and 50sqm of interior space make this the suite for couples wanting total seclusion in nature rather than sea views. The garden stays warm in the afternoon without the sea breeze — worth knowing.

Meaning 'fruit' in Tamil, the nine oceanfront Palam Suites have direct sea frontage. Set in the shade of Karpaha's old coconut plantation, you get soothing views of the sea from a private terrace while watching fishermen haul in their nets.
