Why It Matters
First Kimpton in Germany and arguably the most design-forward hotel to open in Frankfurt in years. It sits inside the landmark FOUR Frankfurt tower complex, on the site of the old Deutsche Bank HQ, and brings a proper lifestyle-hotel formula — rooftop bar, all-day brasserie, lobby cocktail bar, serious complimentary perks — to a city where business hotels have historically dominated.
Kimpton's German debut landed in May 2025, inside the FOUR Frankfurt development — a new mixed-use complex built on the former Deutsche Bank headquarters site. The Bauhaus references run throughout: geometric shapes, velvet, chrome, deep green and red marble, mahogany, a color palette of soft ivory, navy and forest green. The top of the room hierarchy at 52–54 sq m with a separate lounge area from the bedroom — the closest thing to a city apartment in the building. A soaking tub joins the walk-in shower, and the art curation steps up a notch. Good for longer stays or anyone who needs a real living space.

Premium Room
A step up in size — 27 to 39 sq m — with more room to breathe without going full suite. Can be configured with a king or two twin beds, making it a useful option for business travelers or friends sharing. The same Bauhaus design language throughout.

The hotel has two complimentary cruiser bikes available for guests. For larger groups, the hotel can arrange additional bikes through its partner Frankfurt Bicycle Company. Good for the Museum Embankment (Museumsufer) route and across the River Main for skyline views.
