L'Amirauté is a 4-star city-centre hotel with 84 rooms spread across six floors, fully renovated in 2021 after decades as a Brest institution (it was previously a Holiday Inn). The rooms run 22–25m² — compact but smartly done — and the restaurant, La Table de L'Amirauté, is the real draw: semi-gastronomic Breton cooking from Chef Rémi Casterman with a Gault et Millau toque to show for it. Five-minute walk to Le Quartz congress centre, 10 minutes to the train station, and surrounded by the main shopping streets.
