A small, intimate 5-star boutique hotel set deep in the Corsican maquis above Propriano Bay, built around a converted old mill surrounded by century-old olive trees. Just 10 rooms and suites spread between the main building, a treehouse cabin, and a hilltop dovecote — each with sea views and most with private Jacuzzis. Think of it as the quieter, more secluded sibling to the nearby Hotel Marinca. Classic Room
Ground-floor room set under mulberry plane trees with an inner patio — the most intimate option. No sea-facing terrace, but comes with a private garden-side patio. Elegant and understated, with Italian shower and freestanding bathtub. King-size bed.
Dovecote (Le Pigeonnier)
A private apartment perched at the very top of the main building, accessed by a private elevator. Unique dome-shaped roof gives panoramic 360-degree views of the sea and maquis. One bedroom, a convertible sofa (sleeps one adult or two children), a full kitchen, a large circular panoramic living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower/bathtub/WC, and a separate shower room. No outdoor terrace.
