The Pariente family (Gérard and his three sons Gary, Grégory, and David) has run this place since 1986, and it shows — the 26 rooms feel personal, not corporate, dressed in light warm tones with antique furnishings and Carrara marble bathrooms. Two distinct restaurant concepts, a Holidermie spa, and a heated pool fill the days without ever needing to touch the town's frenzy.
