One of Paris's most talked-about 2025 openings. It's one of very few Paris hotels with a genuine semi-Olympic pool on-site. The rooftop bar with simultaneous views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Coeur is a scene. La Fondation is a 5-star hotel inside a 10,000 m² mixed-use complex — a converted 1960s car park given new life by architect Philippe Chiambaretta and interior designers Roman & Williams (NYC). The building's raw, exposed-concrete bones have been softened with warm materials, curated artworks, and pops of mustard, emerald, and ruby. Think less grand Parisian palace and more creative community hub, where hotel guests share a building with gym members, office workers, and neighbourhood regulars piling into the ground-floor brasserie.

A step up in space and finish. At 24 sqm, the Deluxe Room has king-size or twin bedding with refined linens, and a bathroom equipped with either a bathtub or Italian shower. Overlooks either the courtyard or Rue Legendre. The Time Out review specifically called out the navy feature wall, custom wood panel bedhead, warm mood lighting, and red-trimmed embroidered slippers.

The largest suite at 60 sqm, on the 7th floor. Has a private balcony, an elegant living area with bar, and curated artworks throughout. The bathroom combines an Italian shower, bathtub, and double vanity. All three suites are interconnected and can be privatised as a full penthouse on request.
