Why It Matters
One of the rare agriturismos where the farm is genuinely central — not decorative. The Flâneur restaurant serves only what's grown or raised on the property. Rooms are each a distinct design world. And the spa has two pools, a sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, and a full massage menu. All within an hour of Naples.
La Pampa Relais is a 4-star working agriturismo spread across 14 hectares of Sannio hillside at the edge of the Taburno Camposauro Regional Nature Park. The property runs an organic farm — black Caserta pigs, Podolica cows, ancient wheat, olive groves, and their own winery — with everything from bread to wine made on site. The 14 rooms, each named after a traditional Italian craft (mason, blacksmith, carpenter, fisherman...), are filled with original work tools and natural materials. Think cello-shaped wardrobes and bespoke handmade furniture, not generic countryside chic.

Comfort Room
The entry category at La Pampa. Each room in this tier carries its own craft-inspired name and character — think Muratore (Mason), Pescatore (Fisherman), Scaricante (Dockworker), Contadino (Farmer), Fabbro (Blacksmith), or Falegname (Carpenter). Original working tools are incorporated into the décor, with natural materials throughout. All have garden views, hardwood floors, and wood-beamed ceilings.
Prestige Room
Elevated version of the Comfort tier with more space and refined finishes. Still anchored in the craft-name concept. A guest review noted one Prestige room is music-themed with a cello-shaped wardrobe — a good indication of how far the design concept goes.
Prestige Suite
The top tier at La Pampa. The Pittore (Painter) and Viaggiatore (Traveler) rooms fall here, confirmed as the largest at the property with an internal fireplace. These are the ones to book for a proper romantic or anniversary stay.

In the first week of September, guests can participate in the vendemmia (grape harvest) and a winemaking course. A genuine hands-on farm experience.
