La Source des Sens is a 4-star hotel, spa, and gastronomic restaurant run by Anne and Pierre Weller in the small thermal town of Morsbronn-les-Bains, right at the edge of the Northern Vosges Regional Natural Park. The 2,000 m² spa is the real draw — indoor and outdoor pools, salt grotto, three saunas, and a full Cinq Mondes treatment menu. Chef Pierre Weller holds a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France distinction and runs a Michelin-listed restaurant where Japanese-inflected technique meets Alsatian terroir.
