One of Mexico's original high-end luxury resorts, Las Ventanas al Paraíso sits between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas on a stretch of Sea of Cortez beachfront that gets roughly 350 days of sun a year. The standard entry point at Las Ventanas — and at 900+ sq ft, calling it 'standard' feels generous. Each suite channels authentic Mexican craft: handcarving, intricate tiling, artwork, adobe fireplace. Most open to a private patio or rooftop terrace. Floors and headboards are inlaid with pebbles. Select units have open-air showers or tubs.
Oceanview Rooftop Terrace Junior Suite
The entry-level suite at Las Ventanas is anything but small. Rooftop terrace units open to a private elevated terrace with a Jacuzzi tub under the stars. Mexican architectural traditions run throughout — handcarved details, intricate tile work, adobe fireplace, pebble-inlaid floors. These are the most sought-after junior suites thanks to the combination of open-air soaking and ocean views.
Signature Residence
Contemporary luxury blended with fine Mexican craftsmanship. Residences range from 5,200 to 9,200 square feet and feature combined indoor-outdoor living spaces designed for extended stays and entertaining. These sit at the top of the accommodations hierarchy — below only the Ty Warner Mansion.
Signature Villa
Private villas with infinity-edge pools, views of Baja's famous beaches and the Sea of Cortez, and a dedicated 24-hour Villa Host. Indoor-outdoor living is the whole point here — original art, handcarved details, and direct beach or ocean access create a feel more like a private home than a hotel room.

Two- and three-bedroom suites designed for families or groups traveling together. Handcarved furniture, cream Conchuela limestone floors, and colorful Mexican tiling throughout. Ty Warner Mansion
The crown jewel. An oceanfront masterpiece of 28,000 square feet designed by architect Jorge Torres with interiors by Robert Couturier. Directly on the water's edge with panoramic views over the Sea of Cortez. Comes with a 24-hour dedicated team including a personal assistant, butler, and private on-site chef who prepares all meals. An extensive private cellar of wine, champagne, and tequila is included. Every guest receives the Signature Mansion Massage.
Villa (3-Bedroom)
Magnificent standalone villas running from 3,900 to 7,800 square feet. Decorated with authentic Mexican motifs, handcarved cabinets, and limestone floors. Each features an adobe fireplace, a full kitchen, large living and dining areas, an infinity-edge pool, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. These are full houses, not hotel rooms.
