The boutique beach house, 30 metres from the main building, offers double and twin rooms with Swedish Carpe Diem beds, Nordic-design furniture, and locally sourced Estonian art. This is where the property's premium accommodation lives. Quieter and more private than the main house.
Beach House Junior Suite
The spacious top-tier option in the beach house, with the same Carpe Diem beds and Nordic design as the standard beach house rooms but with significantly more space. Ideal for couples wanting the full boutique experience on the Estonian coast.
Deluxe Room
Spacious main-house rooms with a direct view over Lahepere bay. Large windows, a personal sun lounger on the balcony, and warm wool blankets for the inevitable cup of tea while watching the water. Positioned to catch the sunset from the balcony.
Family Room
Spacious rooms in the main house with a double bed and pull-out sofa bed, some sleeping up to four children. Located on various floors — some face the sea, some the forest. Practical rather than premium, but the water centre access covers the entertainment brief.
Standard Room
Sea-view rooms with private balconies in the main house. Fluffy down pillows and blankets, and they sleep two adults plus a child under 14. Good value if you want to focus spend on spa and food rather than the room itself.
Suite
The main house's only suite at 65m2, with an in-room private sauna and a bathtub. Private balcony, living room with big windows for sunrise views, and a Nespresso machine. One of the most compelling rooms in the building — the in-room sauna is genuinely rare at this price level.
