Le Burgundy is a 59-room luxury boutique hotel on a quiet one-way street in Paris's 1st arrondissement, sitting between Rue Saint-Honoré and La Madeleine. First opened in 1850 and thoroughly renovated in 2010, it carries itself like a private townhouse — art-filled, discreet, and surprisingly intimate for a five-star address. The Michelin-starred restaurant Le Baudelaire, a 250m² spa with an indoor pool, and room sizes that put most Paris rivals to shame make it just as easy to stay in as go out.
