Six Norman buildings — some dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries — spread across 5 hectares of orchards, gardens, and wisteria-draped grounds about 10 minutes from Honfleur. Each suite or cottage is its own distinct world: a rounded 17th-century dovecote, a converted barn, a self-contained cottage with a full kitchen and private garden, and a grand manor that sleeps ten. It runs like a private hamlet, not a hotel corridor, and the team will arrange nearly anything from a beach horseback ride to a hard-to-get restaurant table in Honfleur.

La Bouillerie (The Distillery)
A 19th-century stone building set in a private cherry orchard. The main bedroom sits beneath an impressive cathedral-style timber framework with a mezzanine housing an art book library and a fireplace. Bathroom is a proper showpiece: large Carrara marble shower and a vintage cast-iron bathtub. A private lounge attached — guests take breakfast and dinner here in full privacy. Private terrace and garden.

La Chaumière (The Cottage)
A self-contained 14th-century cottage with two bedrooms, its own terrace, private garden (approximately 1,500 m²), and a full kitchen. South-facing terrace bordered by agapanthus and box hedging. Covers roughly 120 m². Comes with full hotel-style housekeeping: breakfast service, fresh linen, and daily cleaning. The most independent accommodation on the estate — ideal for a family or couple who want to cook and live on their own schedule.

Le Colombier (The Dovecote)
A distinctively rounded 17th-century dovecote converted into a luxury suite. The circular shape makes it architecturally unlike anything else on the estate. Decorated with antique furniture, works of art, and precious fabrics. Oak or terracotta floors throughout.
Le Manoir (The Manor)
The grandest option on the estate: a 550 m² manor that sleeps up to 10 guests and can be rented as a whole or divided into two distinct wings. Four suites on the upper floor, ranging from 45 to 65 m², each individually decorated in Norman tradition — three with king-sized double beds (2 m wide) and one with four twin beds. Two large 72 m² living rooms flank either a kitchen or open to the garden, with deep sofas and a monumental fireplace. Outside: a 3,000 m² bucolic garden with a private 8×8m swimming pool and a 19th-century greenhouse. Private parking for five vehicles. Bulgari toiletries, Nespresso machines, DVD players, Bose Bluetooth audio in each suite.
