Started in 2011 with a single treehouse-style suite on a 3,000 m² plot of abandoned land in the hamlet of Pochey, Le Domaine des Prés Verts has grown into a collection of 9 highly individual accommodations spread across four separate sites in Burgundy. The owner — a Paris hotel school graduate who designed every room and green space himself — built this around one obsession: total privacy for couples. Every accommodation has its own private Jacuzzi, a terrace or balcony, a tablet for ordering organic room service, and is scented with "White Rhino" fragrance by Belgian perfumer Baobab Collection. The restaurant is offsite at Châteauneuf, which means the main Jouey site stays genuinely quiet.

La Réserve
Perched 7 metres up near the medieval village of Mont-Saint-Jean, La Réserve has panoramic views over the Auxois-Morvan countryside. At 25 m², the space is intimate but well thought-out: a queen-size bed (160×200), a small sitting area with sofa, an open natural stone bathroom with double vanity, separate WC. The private suspended spa is sheltered and heated year-round. There's a verdant balcony, a mini wine cellar (100% Burgundy), and a connected sommelier feature. The room is soundproofed, air-conditioned (reversible), and has its own private EV charging station.

La Source
Brand new in 2026. A Chambre Prestige & Spa for 2 persons. Details are limited as this is the newest addition to the collection, but it follows the property's signature formula of private spa access, natural materials, and complete privacy.
La Suite
Opened in 2018 at Châteauneuf, one of France's most beautiful villages and steps from the château. La Suite has an indoor private Jacuzzi — unusual in the collection. For 2 persons. No free parking or EV charging at this location.
Le Cabanon
The original room — opened in 2011 when the whole project started. A Premium Cabin & Spa for 2, at the main Jouey site. Timber-framed, full of natural materials, and with the property's signature private spa. The cabin that started it all.
Le Lodge
Opened in 2016 in the garden of the main Jouey site. Described as a zen and chic cocoon with a timber structure and natural elements. Two private terraces and a covered, year-round heated private Jacuzzi. Up to 3 persons.
Le Logis
A 19th-century stable, fully renovated and reimagined as an elegant 2-bedroom guest house. With poplar, mango, acacia, teak, and natural stone, the atmosphere is warm and lived-in. There's a large landscaped terrace with views over the Auxois hills, a private covered Jacuzzi heated year-round, a living room, kitchen, and mini wine cellar. The largest accommodation in the collection — it sleeps up to 5 people across 2 bedrooms.
Le Nid
Opened in 2020 at Châteauneuf. Le Nid is a cosy cocoon surrounded by nature in the heart of the medieval village, with a terrace at the Châteauneuf site. For 2 persons. Indoor private spa. No free parking at this village location.
Le Refuge
A fully renovated vintage caravan at Allerey, combining genuine retro character with hotel-grade comfort. The exterior is charcoal zinc with a matte black chassis; inside, clay rendering, oak, poplar, linen and wool create a warm, intimate feel. The elevated terrace has unobstructed field views as far as the eye can see. The private Jacuzzi is heated year-round. For 2 persons — one of the more unusual accommodation types in the collection.
Le Studio
Inaugurated in 2023, Le Studio is installed in a converted stone barn at the main Jouey site. A loft-style space with its own garden and wine cellar, it represents the property's newer, more architectural signature. Up to 3 persons.

Rent a vintage open-top Citroën 2CV — or, from 2026, an authentic Méhari — for a self-guided day through Burgundy's vineyards, castles, and markets. Comes equipped with a smartphone mount and a full sound system for your playlist. Available as a half-day or full-day, solo or with a guide. Great for exploring the Côte d'Or wine route.
Explore the Auxois-Morvan countryside on electric bikes. Available as a day rental and included in select room packages (e.g. La Réserve packages).
Marked hiking trails accessible directly from the property through the Auxois-Morvan natural landscape.

Every room has a dedicated tablet with the Domaine des Prés Verts app for ordering personalized organic breakfast (8am–noon) and dinner, booking spa treatments, and accessing hotel services.
