A family-run bistronomic hotel in the heart of Florenville, right in the Gaume region of southern Belgium. The Fontenoy family has been rooted in this town since 1910, first in charcuterie, and now in hospitality — and it shows. Thirty-six rooms spread across classic doubles, apart-hotels, and balneo suites, all done in warm tones with oak parquet and proper king-size beds. The restaurant is the real draw, with Chef Philippe Duret cooking local and seasonal with serious technique, and a piano bar where a live pianist plays Friday and Saturday nights.
