Book the Thermal Oasis for private evening access (21:00–23:00 daily) — it's included for an extra cost and transforms the spa into your personal retreat

Why It Matters

One of Gstaad's oldest and most prestigious hotels; holds a Michelin Key distinction; LEONARD's restaurant carries 16 Gault & Millau points; spa is consistently ranked best in the resort; member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels; #1 ranked hotel in Gstaad on TripAdvisor with 1,000+ reviews.

Originally built in 1912 as a cure house and spa, Le Grand Bellevue is one of Gstaad's original Big Four luxury hotels. Its century-old exterior is as polished as ever, but step inside and you get something Gstaad rarely delivers: tasteful restraint. Think 17.5-metre Chesterfield sofas, an Art Deco zinc-topped bar, and a 3,000m² spa — all without the shouty logo culture of the town's main promenade. Family-owned and managed, 57 rooms, and a Michelin-recognized dining room that takes the food seriously.
