Le Mosaïque occupies a 19th-century bourgeois Haussmann mansion in central Narbonne, owned and run by the Rizzo-Testa family whose Italo-Argentine heritage shows up everywhere: pale wood floors, brass fixtures, emerald throws, rust velvet chairs. It's small — 15 rooms — so the staff knows your name by day two. The garden hides a freshwater outdoor pool that feels genuinely rare for a city-center address.
