Le Silve di Armenzano is a 19-room natural resort built into a medieval hostel dating to the 10th century, sitting deep inside Monte Subasio Regional Park about 11 km from Assisi. The stone buildings, original terracotta floors, and working farm give it a genuine sense of place that most countryside hotels only pretend to have. The kitchen runs on zero-kilometer principles — much of what's on your plate was raised or grown on the estate.
