A 17th-century Norman manor house sitting on 7 hectares of parkland above the Normandy coast, halfway between Honfleur and Deauville. The wood-and-slate façade — steep gables, a fairy-tale turret, an antique dinner bell above the door — looks exactly as it always has. Inside is a different story: sweeping renovations brought in Roche Bobois designer furniture, bold color accents, and a wellness concept that includes France's first Garancia spa. Opened in late 2019 by Alexandra and Grégory Guinard, it holds a 4-star rating and a spot in the Michelin Guide 2025.
