Little Nyonya Hotel is a family-run boutique hotel inside a Sino-colonial mansion owned by a Phuket Thai-Peranakan family with over 200 years of history. The white dome facade, vintage floor tiles, original artwork by local artists, and furniture custom-made from rare local woods by Peranakan craftsmen give it a genuinely distinct look you won't find at the chain hotels down the road. It's not in the thick of Old Town — it's about 3 km out in Wichit — so don't expect to walk everywhere, but the trade-off is quiet surroundings, a surprisingly large outdoor pool, and the Naka Weekend Market steps away.

Deluxe Colonial
At 30 sqm, this is a proper step up from the Superior. The daybed is a nice addition for lounging, and both a rain shower and an indoor bathtub are in the bathroom — unusual at this price point. Lower-floor rooms face the private garden; upper-floor rooms get a balcony with mountain or weekend market views. The decor is the highlight: original artwork on the walls, a limited-collection wash basin, marble-topped coffee table with slipper chairs, and bathrobes included.

Junior Suite Balcony
The top room type at 36 sqm. The signature feature is an outdoor terrazzo bathtub set in a small garden with direct views of the pool. It's a genuinely good idea — just be aware that neighboring rooms share sightlines into that garden. Inside: a proper living area, daybed, marble wash basin, hand-made vintage decorative blocks, and original artworks. Bathrobes included. The high ceiling makes it feel larger than it measures.

The entry-level room and the most compact of the three types. Comes with a double bed or two singles, a bathroom, and a balcony — but sizes aren't published, so expect snug. West-facing rooms look over the courtyard, pool, and mountains at sunset. East-facing rooms catch the sunrise plus views of Naka (Naga) Temple and the weekend market. Some rooms connect via linking doors, good for families. The rooftop floor above can be privatized for events.
