Super kingCountryside Superior Rooms
Newly constructed rooms that are the hotel's recommended sweet spot for most guests. Generously proportioned with a Respa super king bed, Melin Tregwynt wool blanket, Chesterfield sofa, and seating area. Bathroom has a rainfall shower over a spacious bath. Each room features either a terrace or Juliet balcony with views of the rolling Welsh hills. Climate-controlled. The hotel's own pick for guests wanting peace and quiet over the Courtyard and Standard rooms.

Courtyard Rooms
Located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse building. Super king beds that can be split into twins. Walk-in shower en-suite only — no bath in these rooms. Step outside to the Italian-inspired landscaped courtyard. No air conditioning (traditional radiators + Dyson fans for warmth/cooling). Close to the restaurant, bar and lounge, which is great for convenience but means some ambient noise is possible.

A hands-on cocktail class held in the Tasting Lodge on select Friday evenings, 6pm–7:45/8pm. Expert mixologist guides participants through the history and craft of classic and contemporary cocktails. Maximum 20 per session. Booked via Eventbrite.
A guided wine tasting session covering the Cariad wine range and the story of the estate. In summer, portions take place outdoors among the vines; in winter the Tasting Lodge provides the setting. Available year-round. Guests should allow at least 1.5 hours before any restaurant reservation.
Private group tours and tastings can be arranged for corporate and special occasion groups.
Explore the vineyard and learn about grape growing and winemaking at one of the oldest vineyards in Wales. In winter, a self-guided vineyard walk is available as part of the tasting experience. Combined tour-and-tasting options are available.
