The hotel claims — accurately — to be the only property in downtown Lisbon with views of both the Tagus river estuary and the city. Classic Room – City View
The smallest rooms with an outward-facing view — 14 sq m, so don't expect to swing much. But the panorama over Lisbon's terracotta rooftops through the window is genuinely lovely. These work well for 2–3 night stays where you're mostly out exploring the city.

The top-of-the-house option: a 35 sq m loft suite with a private furnished terrace looking straight out over the Tagus. It has a bathtub — a rarity at this hotel — as well as a bathrobe, and it sits in the upper-floor loft space which gives it a different architectural feel from the other rooms. The terrace alone is worth the premium.

At 22 sq m these feel noticeably more spacious than the Classic rooms — proper elbow room for a longer stay. The view over the Lisbon cityscape is a good one: all terracotta rooftops, pastel facades, and the occasional church tower. Baths come with bathrobes, which the Classic rooms don't have.

Around 20–22 sq m with the hotel's signature sell: direct views over the Tagus river to the south bank, with the 25 de Abril bridge and the Cristo Rei statue visible from some angles. Guests consistently rave about waking up to this. Includes bathrobes and all standard Superior amenities.
