Brand-new 5-star property in a town that has very few of them. The art concept is genuinely integrated — every room is named after and painted with imagery from a local Catalan site. A renovated bourgeois house on the hillside heights of Collioure that opened in June 2024. Thirteen rooms, each named after and decorated with original art paying tribute to a local Catalan site. You get a 360° panoramic view of the village, the Pyrenees, and the Mediterranean — and you're just 200 metres on foot from Boramar Beach. The building itself is worth noting: schist stone cladding, ancient trees in the garden, travertine and terracotta floors throughout.

Named after the Albères mountain range that forms the backdrop. Like the Port d'Avall but with a terrace rather than a garden — slightly more open, facing the mountains. Outdoor bathtub on the terrace with mountain views. One of the best value upgrades in the property.

A noticeable jump in size. Some units have large balconies with views toward the Albères mountains. First-floor Deluxe rooms have been noted by guests for the sensational mountain views. Feels like a proper room at this size.

Named after the Fauvist art movement that put Collioure on the map — Matisse and Derain both painted here. This is the accessible room (wheelchair-friendly). Private garden access. Slightly larger than standard, garden instead of a terrace.

Named after the nearby Paulilles bay. The standout feature is the private garden with a jacuzzi — full privacy, no shared spaces. At 36 m² it's the largest room category and the most comfortable if you want to stay in. Walk-in shower, outdoor spa bath.

Named after the nearby Port d'Avall beach. Private garden with an outdoor bathtub — you soak with the Albères mountains as a backdrop and Collioure visible below. Mountain view from both the garden and the room. A strong choice for those who want outdoor bathing without committing to the Paulilles price tier.

The entry-level room. At 21 m² these are genuinely compact — fine for two people spending most of their time at the pool or exploring town, less fine if you want to linger indoors. Each decorated with original art referencing a local Catalan site. Air-conditioned, soundproofed.

One step up from Standard. An extra square metre doesn't sound like much, but these tend to have slightly better positioning within the building. Same art-forward decoration concept. Soundproof windows.

No on-site restaurant, but the concierge actively books tables at Collioure's best restaurants and curates local excursions. The hotel's philosophy is to actively participate in the local economy — so they will genuinely point you to the good spots rather than keep you on-site.
Complimentary golf cart service that drops guests at the edge of Collioure's pedestrian old town (within 50m of the main lanes). Very useful for the return uphill trip. Available during staffed hours.
A 4×8m heated mirror pool open year-round, set with Pyrenees mountain views. Free for all guests. Sun loungers available. Note: at 4×8m it's designed for relaxing, not for swimming laps — can feel crowded at peak summer with 13 rooms all using it.
