Why It Matters
Africa's first Mandarin Oriental. The whole resort runs on a villa-and-suite-only model — over 60 private villas, each with its own pool. Mandarin Pool Villa
The main villa category: a contemporary take on a traditional riad, entered via a walled courtyard centered on a private pool. Inside: a sumptuous master bedroom, generous living area, and a bathroom with a round bath and separate shower. Décor blends Berber and Arab-Andalusian elements — tadelakt plasterwork etched with Berber motifs, hand-woven rugs from Rabat, and delicate lattice screens. The courtyard has sitting and eating areas, a curtained alcove piled with cushions, a fireplace, and a butler's kitchen. The bed looks straight out to glass doors leading to the jacuzzi.

The resort's grandest option. An eight-bedroom penthouse that takes up an entire floor of the main building. Designed for large groups or multi-family travel, with sweeping resort and mountain views. The scale is genuinely extraordinary — large enough to feel like a private event venue.

Seven suites in total, each featuring a large private terrace and a rooftop plunge pool. Panoramic views over the resort gardens and surrounding countryside. Far less space than a villa but still a genuinely impressive proposition — and the Atlas Mountain views from the terraces are exceptional.
Two-Bedroom Garden Villa
Two-bedroom villa designed around a courtyard. Features a private pool, hot tub, kitchen, and multiple sitting areas. The main bedroom, living room, and bathroom sit on one side; the second ensuite bedroom occupies the other side of the courtyard. Décor inspired by local Berber patterns and Oriental touches, with large private garden and roomy living spaces.
