Euforia Restaurant turns Puglian ingredients into genuinely ambitious cooking without any stuffiness.
Masseria Almadava is a fully restored 19th-century Puglian farmhouse turned six-room boutique resort, sitting halfway between the Adriatic coast and the inland hills near Polignano a Mare. The owners — Alessandro and Marica — live on the property and run it themselves, which gives the whole place a very personal, home-like quality that larger hotels simply can't replicate. Think tall whitewashed walls, stone arches, a large pool ringed by greenery, an orchard with citrus trees, and Euforia, a proper sit-down restaurant drawing on the estate's organic garden.

One of six individually styled rooms, each named after an Odyssey character. Calipso features a distinct colour palette and artisan-crafted furnishings made from recovered materials under the careful direction of the owners.
KingCirce Room
Named after the sorceress of the Odyssey, Circe has its own colour story and bespoke handcrafted furnishings. Like all rooms at Almadava, it is spacious and elegantly simple — artisan work rather than off-the-shelf design.
KingItaca Room
Itaca — Odysseus's longed-for home — brings warmth and a sense of arrival. Distinctive lighting details and artisan pieces make it feel considered without being overdone.

Nausicaa Room
Named after the Phaeacian princess. Each of the six rooms has its own colour world and bespoke craftsmanship — Nausicaa follows the same philosophy: recovered materials, artisan hands, owner direction.
KingPenelope Room
Penelope is one of the more frequently mentioned rooms by guests — spacious, elegantly furnished, with a character that guests describe as 'beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.' Some guests on the top floor enjoy private terrace access.
KingTiresia Room
Named after the blind prophet of Thebes, Tiresia rounds out the six-room collection. As with its siblings, the room is spacious, air-conditioned, and decorated with unique artisan pieces that can't be found anywhere else.

The estate grounds include a synergistic organic kitchen garden, a full citrus grove, an orchard, and olive trees. Guests can wander freely through the grounds.
Euforia Restaurant can be configured as a private dining venue using the grove, cellar, terrace, or gazebo. Personalized menus with dedicated service. Popular for anniversary dinners and small celebrations.
Large seasonal outdoor pool, approximately 10x20 metres, ringed by the estate's gardens. Pool loungers provided. Lit beautifully at night. Very rarely crowded given only 6 rooms.
A popular destination wedding venue. Outdoor capacity up to 200 guests, indoor up to 80. Can host symbolic and non-Catholic religious ceremonies. The portico, pool area, citrus grove, and gazebo all serve as ceremony and reception spaces. Parties permitted indoors and outdoors until 2am.
