A 17th-century Puglian farmhouse turned 4-star resort by the Pagano family, who spent five years carefully converting old animal shelters and grain stores into suites and a wine cellar before opening in 2010. The place sits in the middle of olive groves and vineyards, less than a kilometre from the Ionian coast of Salento.
