Around 221 sq ft of tightly engineered space with a king bed, peg-wall hanging system instead of a closet, walk-in shower (no bathtub), 42-inch flat-screen TV with screen-casting, motion-activated LED guidelights under the bed, and a full-height art image on the wall. Compact but genuinely clever with the space it has.

At about 220 sq ft, the space is creatively split with a king bed downstairs and a lofted twin bunk above — sleeping up to three without feeling like a sardine can. Popular for game-day groups.
