Why It Matters
The only five-star superior hotel in North Brabant. Its home — the Groene Toren — is a recognizable Eindhoven landmark. Originally built in 1973 as government offices, it was redeveloped in 2017 and now features a glass exterior with a large LED screen. VANE Restaurant, with a chef whose cooking has been recognized at Michelin-star level, makes this a destination dining hotel, not just a sleep-and-go.
