Three Grade II-listed Regency villas on Cheltenham's most prestigious promenade, brought back to life by Superdry founder Julian Dunkerton and fashion designer Jade Holland Cooper. Georgian on the outside, unapologetically modern British on the inside — think David Hockney prints, Banksy originals, industrial lighting, and statement wallpaper alongside original period features. The entry-level option at No.131, but still properly kitted out. Expect plush beds, period bathrooms, and the same art-forward interiors as the rest of the hotel. Compact but effortlessly chic — ideal if you're spending most of your time downstairs anyway.
Excellent Rooms
A step up in space and drama. Emperor or king-size beds, beautifully styled bathrooms, and more of those period Georgian flourishes — higher ceilings, tall casement windows, parquet floors in some. Still the same art-heavy aesthetic as throughout the hotel.

Designed for four, with a proper master bedroom and a separate room with twin beds. The main bedroom has an emperor-size bed and a freestanding rolltop bath, plus a walk-in shower. Statement tiling, panelled walls, and reclaimed furnishings throughout.

And because it's furthest from Gin & Juice, it's also the quietest option on weekend nights.

The hotel offers dedicated racing season packages for the Cheltenham Festival (Gold Cup week, March). Rooms book out months in advance during this period.
