Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay sits right on Talamanca Beach, barely a mile from Ibiza Town. It's a modernist mid-rise with 152 rooms and suites — all white, gold, and aqua tones — that somehow manages to feel intimate rather than corporate. The Nobu brand does the heavy lifting on the food side; everything else (the Six Senses spa, the beach access, the two pools, the rooftop) fills in the gaps between excellent meals.
