Noma Milos is a small, adults-only boutique hotel perched on the hillside of Kipos on Milos's quiet southern coast. Opened in 2022, it runs on 100% renewable electricity, solar-heated water, and desalinated seawater — the sustainability credentials are real, not just marketing. Only seven rooms, every single one with a king bed and an unobstructed Aegean view. There's no pool, no restaurant, and no bar. That's the whole point.
